What do you think of this V-Day present for my guy?

Well, I had a really hard time deciding what would be a good gift for my bf on Valentine's Day. I always like to go for something handmade, instead of store-bought cuz I just think that shows more. So, I made a flower out of construction paper and wrote "I Love You" on it. Simple, I know, but I've never said those words to him before, so I thought, even though he's a guy and flowers aren't exactly ideal, my gift would make a strong statement on the perfect day. Idk, what do you think?

I personally think that your gift is cute but it feels like something else is missing... how about a handmade card to go along with the rose or a hand made frame with a picture of the both of you or you can buy a picture album ( doesnt need to fancy or big) and draw cute love pictures or write cute love notes to him. i would love that. xD





And for the "I love You" part it would scare a guy... but that only depends on the guy and how long you two have been in the relationship ( like a week or two)... cus from my experience my bf said those three words like a week after we started dating and well... it kinda freaked me. So, i hope i had help you. =)
Reply:People have different ways of saying I love you, and the fact that you constructed something for him and pasted on the words "I love you" is something to show. It is simple, and I have to say a bit cliche, but it is cute and romantic. I'm sure if he likes you no matter what, he would appreciate the time you took in making that for him, but the words are more important.
Reply:YOU DID WHAT??? what if he doesnt feel the same way?? or what if he doesnt say anything back? how would that make you feel? i mean the gift is really cute and all but i think you should just wait for him to tell you "i love you" first but hey...lets see what happens..i would really love to know...
