A few years ago My Mother was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers each one had 2 candy kisses and covered with colored foil or cellophane to look like a rose, this was so pretty I would love to be able to make one. If I remember correctly the leaves were made out of folded cellephane and the kisses were put together with the bottom of each put together and then covered with foil.

I did this with my girl scouts last year.
1. Take 2 kisses and tape their bottoms together.
2. Cover with a square of pink or red cellophane (i got ours at Jo-ann's where the basket making suppies are).
3. Wrap a green pipe cleaner (chennele stem) around and add a piece of green streamer about 4 inches long into the wrap.
4. Trim streamer to leaf shape.
**If you want to the flower to stand up, attach a little green floral wire into the twist wrap to help support weight of kisses
