How can i get the border and shading in my microsoft word?

the border like there is flower around the paper something like that and when i click format border and shading and page border and art have nothing in it...so how can i get it?

Yes, open a blank document and go to the Insert Menu. Pick Picture, then (from file or) Clipart. When you find the border or background that you want, hit OK.





Right click on that picture and go to the Layout section. Pick BEHIND TEXT.





Then DRAG the bottom right corner to fill the page.
