I then called her , thanked her for the card and asked her why she sent me the "extra" ad paper featuring flowers to send to someone omg she then tells me the "ad" came free with the purchase of the card and "everyone" she sent a card to got an ad. I called my other family members and nobody else rec. the stupid ad. psych. anyone?

People often send random, useless or silly things over the net. I'm assuming it was over the net! If not, yeah that is a bit bizarre. Don't overthink it, though. Who cares. She's probably bored and lonely.
