How to do rose flowers out of tissue paper?

Take 2 tissues and separate the layers. Place all four layers together and fan fold them with the pleats being about a 1/2 inch wide. After the tissues are completely folded, fold them in half the other direction, cut at the fold, keeping them together. Tie the two folded halves together in the middle. Carefully pull the layers apart to make a flower. Good Luck.

like kleenex we did this for a homecoming float.. it didtn look so good... so i dont recommend it.. take kleenex and pull the sheets apart and then take it in the middle and dot the tips with a marker... and ty it the middle with a string
