Are there any creative ways to use Tissue Paper with white christmas lights?

I am decorating for a wedding in a few weeks and I originally planned on ordering lights that have flower leaves on them. Here is a link so you can see what they looked like.

These lights are out of stock, so I'm trying to think of something creative to do with Tissue paper. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Please keep in mind that I have a pretty tight budget, so it can't get expensive.

You need to be careful of fire hazard with flammable paper.

I'd suggest you use LED christmas lights, which are coloured.

You might also look into fibre optic flower decorations.

Go to Michael's flower arranging department.

But shop at the dollar stores for actual supplies.
Reply:The link goes to a page that doesn't have an image so can't quite tell what you're asking for. You might want to ask another question and give a different link, or at least describe more the type of lights you're using (mini-lights, indoor lights --regular bulbs, outdoor lights, regular bulbs... or something else), and whether you want to do something to each one or all together, or what.

(As for flammability though, all minilights --colored, clear or white-- should be no problem for putting tissue paper right next to. Paper doesn't burn till the famous 451 degrees Fahrenheit and those types of bulbs don't get even close to that temperature.)
