I received flowers the other day and wrapped around the bundle was what I can only describe as fabric tissue paper. It was some kind of fiber and used only as decoration but I would like to find some. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I wonder if this was interfacing? Go to a fabric store or Wal Mart and ask them to show you a lightweight, non fusible interfacing and see if it's the same. That's the only thing I can think of; it generally only comes in white and black.
