How to make flowers with paper money?

I dunno.
Try looking up origami. If you fold paper into a square, you can probably use it like origami paper (though it's much thicker than the usual origami paper.) Just so long as you don't cut it, you can fold it up origami-style and make flowers (though I'm not sure how.)
